The Syrian city of Aleppo is hard-fought since many days and weeks. The historic market went up in flames and in the recent days, there were some horrible bomb attacks carried out by the so-called “Free Syrian Army” (FSA); a part of them have already taken responsibility for these bombings.

For people who know the economic center of Syria, the city of Aleppo, the latest images and information gave the impressions that the whole, once beautiful town, is getting completely destroyed by these bomb attacks, the terrorism, and the urban warfare in some districts of this famous Syrian city.

But the inhumane handling of such high cultural and historic goods is just one tragic aspect of the so-called “revolution” in Syria. Every day, people are dying. People die because neighboring states open their gates for armed radicals, mercenaries and fighters, who march into Syria in order to destabilize the situation.

Some would even say, after the recent events, that they should force a pretext in order to finally start the imperialistic war against this secular and sovereign state in the Middle East. As small notice, the only Arab state without an U.S. military base on its soil.

The Syrians have to deal with a really bad situation, others like the journalist and honorable person, Maya Nasser, are targeted assassinated by the same armed groups that are support by the West, in addition to the support these armed fighters are still getting from Gulf States like Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

While the United States allegedly fight al Qaeda, they support these radical elements in Syria in order to achieve their questionable goals. After all these months it already seems like these imperialistic and inhuman powers will never stop because they cannot stop this anymore.

Syria – Interview with an Inhabitant of Aleppo from SyriaNews_cc on Vimeo.

We carried out an small interview with an inhabitant of the Syrian city of Aleppo about the situation in his city. In this interview we also spoke about the foreign support for these fighters, the mass media and its strange coverage of the “Syrian crisis”, but also about the feelings, opinions and experiences of this inhabitant of Aleppo (Halab).

The Sound and Image quality isn`t the best, but Internet is working and the interview is overall ok. We want to say thank you to this person for his time and his opinions.  It is a voice from the Syrian city of Aleppo and, as one could say, from many Syrians in this country.
